In this intimate and immersive class, we will make 3 different types of mouth-watering truffles -a caramel chocolate truffle made with a mold, a vegan rolled truffle, and a classic truffle dipped in tempered chocolate.
We will also get a lesson in chocolate, helping to unravel the mysteries of tempering by touch and feel and how to avoid seizing up (you and the chocolate!) Gain insight into how best to purchase and select chocolate for your home projects. You’ll leave with proven recipes and truffles to taste.
